The Almanac asks other platforms to minimize data, so we hold ourselves to the same standard. We collect only what is needed to run the site, receive voluntary messages, and send the research letter.

If you join the research letter, we process your email address, consent status, and confirmation timestamp. If you contact us, we process the fields you submit: reply email, optional name or handle, topic, and message body.
